Weekly Photo Challenge: Beyond

I once heard from a movie that ruins are gifts as they pave the way to transformation not to mention to fascinating glimpse of the past. This is what I realized when I visited the Ushaiger Heritage Site in the small blond town of Shagra (about 200 kilometers northwest of Riyadh) the other day.

What I captured in the photo below heralds how far the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have gone as far as transformation is concerned. The country has–without a doubt–mounted beyond these mud-built houses.

Reminds me of the movie Alladin. Fascinating houses of a country with so much riches even a Genie can not match. Awesome!
