Now that I’m miles away from my family, looking at the sun as it sets, like in this picture, is like seeing them via Skype. They seem so visible and reachable; so near, yet so far. So bright, yet so dark…

This scenery used to rock me to the cradle of peace. What I know for the time being is that it’s pulling me into the bassinet of melancholy.

The distance, the minute sun and the splash of light it created, this view killed me Sony. It’s so representative of people who are away from their loved ones. Sadly beautiful.
